Try staging a fun-league system of the best oldies from West Africa, East Africa, North Africa, Central Africa and Southern Africa.
Just stage it in one country as we do in Afcon.
Each team plays the other 4 teams.

The top 4 play the semis, after which the top 2 play the final.
The whole continent is cursed and plagued with disease, illiteracy, ignorance and stupidity.
Maybe this fun-league programme can open the eyes of a few heads of state to do the right thing.
