There are many fields where Ghana lacks the needed expertise. To solve this problem the government of Ghana has over the decades made scholarships available for the needed human resource to be trained abroad. In some cases so many people were sent and not even one returned. If you know you are not prepared to work and live in Ghana and would therefore not return do not take the scholarships.

If blacks cant assemble and manufacture aeroplanes,trains,ect at least we can coach simple football which is dribble ,passing , scoring ect.we don't need any white before the blackstars can move on

Look the game has changed from a one man dominant team to a tactical discipline and team work play. Thats what we see in all the international games that we watch.All soccer competitions are high level international professionals at their best..so if you want to take a team to such competitions and make an impact, you need a coach and players that understand the international level of playing and coaching.Not many local coaches nor it players if any understands such high level.Why dont we use local players, mainly for obvious reason..and why do you think a local coach will do well, i doubt..unless they go abroad for exposure..

we need coaches for attack, midfield, defence and goalkeeping. the headcoach is simply the co-ordinator. Kwasi Appiah is the man. no white coach(es) will lead the Black Stars (Les Etoiles Noirs) any where. just try it
