Like the slogan of the people of Ashanti Region runs, we are Ghana Black Stars, s shining light in the dark! We are crazy about our football. It is still painful when we remember that the greed and folly of people like Kwasi Nyantakyi and Elvis Ankrah robbed us of a place of honour at the world stage. These people should have been sacked, not the hard working Kwasi Appiah! Why can't we encourage and appreciate the efforts and achievements of our own kindred?

GFA is a disappointment. Why was Kwasi Appiah left out of the conference when he had been invited? GFA has no foresight, otherwise they should have allowed him to attend even if he was no longer the coach of Black Stars. Even though he is currently not a national coach he is still a national asset in football coaching and the nation would have benefited by allowing him to attend the conference. Besides, the fact that he is not the current coach does not mean that he will never be the national coach again, and giving him the opportunity to attend the conference would have stood him and Ghana in good stead. GFA need deep thinking administrators; currently there is none hence the woes of Ghana Football.
