Most European clubs and countries have processes and procedures already in place on how to find a good coach in a short period of time...Blackman waiting for things to happen and then react!

Avram Grant was the Israeli national team coach from 2002-2006 what did Israeli achieved?

Look until the myopic and inward looking leadership cup it with egoically President who has all Yes Men around him get it in their heads, that it not the coach it the organisation and planning Ghana will not make it anywhere. No country had won the world cup without coach of their own a national coach is not just a job it embody the soul.

Avram Grant failed so miserably in England so much that even sunday kock-about teams wont want him and now he wants to coach mighty Ghana F/c? Ghana f/c(black stars) is far bigger than any club he has seen,the team is way too much bigger than him and he can not manage it.
Avram Grant with his `gbonyo face` can turn any dressing room into a funeral service as he hardly smiles,he has poor command of English language,he`s not paparazzi friendly and cant ruffle shoulders at international level if any of his players are wrongfully sent off,it`s a BIG NO,and Ghanaians wont be happy if he gets this job.
Coaching Isreal national team is the most comfortable job in the world as every one in Isreal is busy fighting the Hezbollah and keeping the other eye on Hamas,every teenage boy is enlisted into the army,so the coach has to force the military to make available 20 military men for football,only Yossi Benayoun is a player and yet Avram overlooked him at Chelsea when he was head coach.
The coach of Isreal can do anything he wants with the team,it cant be used as a yard stick for the vacant head coach position in Ghana.

Ghanaians have been saying that we dont want a piece of the beef the Arabs and the Israelies have so why is CP rooting for him now. He has put his integrity aside and trying really hard to champion his nefarious agenda just for his selfish interest. We dont want Avram Grant hes not the only coach in the world and by the way you cited him coaching Israeli national team what can that team boast of under his management nothing so what kind of hollow argument is that. If PK is no more in the list and none of the rest seem to be desirable for the job GFA should take some time out to look some more for the best candidate. No coach should be chosen because he may be able to handle Sulley, Michael and KPB because they are never going to be accepted in our beloved BS. The empty stands in K'si will tell the authorities that we have a say.

Someone made a comment on BBC radio yesterday. "With the football talent that Ghana has, the country does not necessarily need a coach, but a manager who can guide the team professionally." That was the problem I had with KA. He found it difficult to manage the egos of the superstars and was in collision cause with them most of the time.
