  This is how Silly Muntari,Snake under grass Essien and Prince Kokaine Boateng should have been handled.The team is bigger than any individual so if a player can not fit or perform under the rules and guidelines set for all then let him go.Just that simple.Silly Muntari can cry all he wants but his Blackstar career is over.Thank God for the new players.
