  WE need a top competent coach who has worked with top teams and these 3 fit the bill.

  Lack of technical abilities and modern know how.... Well then let KONADU stay. Go through similar situations like BRAZIL where local coaches are easily manipulated and the cannot manage foreign based players

  Ghanaians should boycott Black Stars matches if a foreigner is employed to coach the team.We have got Ghanaians capable of coaching the national team.The GFA is a neo-colonialist institution.

  I am saddened by that the GFA is hellbent to get a foreign white coach at all cost. These coaches come and they look down on us at takes undue credits for Black Stars achievements. I believe a local coach can still do the job ...

  I am saddened by that the GFA is hellbent to get a foreign white coach at all cost. These coaches come and they look down on us at takes undue credits for Black Stars achievements. I believe a local coach can still do the job better than a foreign. This is because we have talented players who just need to play together for a while and smoothen some rough edges, that is all. Of course some will call me as being ignorant of the niceties of the modern football but the reality I know is that we don' t need a foreign coach b/c Ghana has matured so much in soccer that we should be sending coaches to Europe and elsewhere. Finally GFA must wise up to the fact that no foreign white coache is ever going to win a World Cup for Ghana---they won't do it even if they could b/c they look down on us.

  I do not think Avram Grant can succeed with the Black Stars. He would have been more qualified if the GFA position is made available on non-national basis. Need more youthful exuberance if we can't subscribe to local unfortun ...

  Despite the Black Stars poor performance at the World Cup, our match against Germany is remains the most classic and sterling performance which is even admitted by FIFA. And Ghana remained the only team Germany could not beat in the 2014 World Cup. With this performance which Germany nearly lost the game and they going on to win the World Cup, who in his right mind thinks we need a foreign coach before we can perform?
