Morocco never came out to categorically refuse to host AFCON 2015, they were only exploring the possibility of postponement. Is it still necessary for the Minister to make a trip to Cairo to withdraw Ghana's expression of interest in unlikely circumstance that Morocco pulled out of its commitment to host the game. Save some funds to look after the miserable youth of Ghana.
