  SOME OF THE NOMINEES MAY NEVER HAVE BEEN FOLLOWED ALL YEAR BY THE TECHNICAL MEN.
  
  "The award will be handed out to the deserving candidate".
  
  THE TRULY DESERVING WILL NOT GET IT BECAUSE OF PREJUDICE BASED ON POLITICS.
