Who is giving price to all this details before the signing of the contract.
There is no trust when details of contracts which are not signed comes out so GFA should be careful how you give price to your information.

I totally disagree with the signing on fees. In my opinion, is an act of corruption. If an advert is put up for a vacant job and I tender my application for the vacant post, why must I be paid a certain amount of money before starting the job if my application is accepted? This is corruptin at it's highest peak. Nyantakyi hurriedly extended Kwesi Appiah's contract just after the world cup despite all the "wahala" in Brazil, mainly because of the signing on fees to be divided, and relived of the contract after 3 months. Why in the first place did they extend his contract? That's Ghana for you.
