  The reson why Alhaji go to court is after the dicision of dc Faisal file appeal ,they didn't call the appeal ,then they go heard wanted to go for congress ,that's why Faisal go to court

Please spare us the lies cos they knew what to pay. Whether 500/250gh cedis or mistake or no mistake by GFA they did NOT pay on time!

  Massa per their congress before the start of the league last year didn't Aduana Stars know that the appeal fee has been raised to 500Gh? Then what do they discuss at congress? Maybe how GFA can chop GH money p3...

  1. Appeal/review gfa dc's initial decision to throw out aduana's petition and subsequently fine then 5,000cedis. Clearly, whoever sought to punish aduana for revealing the truth is highly corrupt!
  2. Fact: hearts of oak failed to settle duncan' debt within the 14days ultimatum. Therefore, for their punishment they must pay a fine of 5,000cedis.
  3. Aduana must be cleared of all wrongdoing. Any monies paid in fees,.costs etc concerning this issue must be refunded back to them. They keep their 40pts and stay in the league.
  4. Faisal will be relegated. Becos, their performance in the just eneded league wasn't influenced by anyone, but themselves. Infact, they argue and say hey, had aduana been docked 6pts from the 2 games. Then they end up with lesser points than faisal.....34pts. The fact remains. Dc messed up here punishing aduana for speaking out. The ruling was wrong and must overturn every decision that occurred as a result, thereof. Including taking points away from aduana
  5. Gfa will pay 20,000cedis to faisal, plus all monies spent on legal fees as restitution for their stupidity. If you fine clubs for messing up. Then gfa must also be fined for messing up and awarding foolish judgements.
  Now, goodluck revising the league schedules. We can't have 15, 17, 19....any odd numbers foolishness in the amount of clubs participating in our various league divisions. Only even numbers! Revive colts soccer in Ghana, Ebei! Nyantakyi, wo maame tw3! U picked an old horse/Grant, who hasn't won sorpi in all his years of coaching. Not even a European/wcup appearance?. Over a new, younger horse/Pont who has experience playing in tournaments? Tweaaaaa! This is a young man's game. Grant, like Erickson, Tardelli, ferguson,.Hodgson, Spain coach, addo of hearts, ben koufie, have 1thing in common with Larry Holmes vs Tysons. The game has evolved!

  Nyantakyi has caused Ghana series of great financial losses.
  
  May be, FIFA is not aware her ward is a apthetic and a compulsive lair/clever thief.

  We have to review the dc's decision in throwing out aduana's initial petition against hearts. We're the dc's reasons for throwing out aduana's case legitimate? It is fact that hearts did indeed fail to pay duncan within the stipulated payment period..so aduana has a case against the gfa dc..going forward, the dc must rescind it decision against aduana.aduana must be refunded all payments concerning this issue, ASAP! Hearts will have to pay the fine5,000cedis/equivalent for failing to settle duncan on time. Here is where things fall apart...lol aduana will be left with 40pts, faisal 38......alhaji, I beggy..muahahahahaaaaaaa. Faisal will be relegated. Gfa fuckers must pay restitution to faisal and alhaji Grusah. Wat was the fine amount/punishment for hearts' failure to pay duncan on time/ within the 14days? 5,000cedis? Gfa must pay faisal 15,000cedis as restitution in this matter. Nyantakyi is an idiot. The dc has no legitimate reasons for throwing out aduana's petition. Was it based on aduana's insubordination or wat?

Muahahahahaaaaaaa so gfa punished aduana for speaking the TRUTH? Who says nyantakyi isn't a corrupt mafia?
