Hey,coach Grant if your last name is Grant then please close your eyes and open your heart to invite the super three KPB, BISON and none other than honorable Sulley Ali Baba Muntari in your squad and all your sorrows and i mean your depth sorrows will come to an end, these three will help you to lift many many trophies and the joy you couldn't enjoy in your earlier coaching days would be the thing of the pass or past . all you really need to do is to treat them as adults, dignity and respect and they will do the same thing to you in return and that will bring simile and joy to you and football fans as well. don't listen to nyantekyi and co they are good for noting, absolutely noting good comes from nyantekyi except bribing and duping the players by collecting monies from them before selecting them to play. if you really want to make a perfect name and record for yourself then deject the entire management and use your own calculations, discretion, and measurement to ran your own show for a better attainment, by these standards your way to achievement may not be easier from the onset but you will reap a good result in the end full stop my nine pence advice to you. nyantekyi we don't need your services anymore.

Remember that you cannot make men out of boys overnight. Boys have to mingle with men to learn and mature. We need all our players playing professional abroad PERIOD!!!!

The bottom line is that he must win. He has convinced Caliph Osman Quesi Nyantakyi that he will win. Now the die is cast. There is no turning back. He must field the best players in the land. He must be firm, tricky, friendly, and nurse a few egos if that is what it takes to win. He is a wise man. If he coaches like "The Silent Killer" Appiah he will absolutelt be treated like how the The Silent Killer was disgraced by the GFA. He must be careful about how he deals with the GFA.

He has to win. If Grant , the son of Yahweh fields Satan XI and makes them play to the death for him, and win all games, Ghanaian soccer fans will cheer for him , mindless of the character of the individual players in the team. On the other hand, if Grant loses games with Angels XI, hell will break loose and he will have to flee from the wrath of the Ghanaian soccer fans. We hope this will never happen.

Grant need to use Brains, Skill and Guts.
