I have seen Konadu make some excellent changes this time around and I also like his 4-4-2 formation. This is good. Starting Asante and Wakasso as wingers is perfect because they have 2 great full backs in Afful and Rahman to support them. I am also glad that he has decided not to play that stupid 1 striker formation. With Rabiu playing defensive midfield and Badu playing attacking midfield. This is one of the finest strategies that I have seen from Konadu so far, and I am sure it will yield the required results. I am only praying that Boye and Rabiu don't mess up because they are the weakest link.

i understand your worries regarding the use of verbs past and presents including tenses in our grammar, English sometimes is very difficult and one cannot be perfect at all times therefore lets help one another if there is a mistake of its kind instead of slamming people on how to use tenses in our everyday English.

At the Accra sports stadium in 1978 i was there when Opoku Afriyie scored the second goal to make it 2 nil.I watched the game in Tamale by the help of wiziwik sreaming and it was as good as ever with Waris and Mubarak opening the scoreline, Mr NYANTEKYI is not playing but the Black Stars so lets always focus the game on the black stars themselves and not the Gfa.When i was in my prime playing football with Emmanuel owusu, ofosu hene, Agama, osafo kyei Attah kakra and atta penyin,joe me know Sugu meyem joe kpalokpa Edward Opele Aboagye, Nkansa nkruma of susubribi teacher and co it was a much competitive era and sometimes management dont come to my mind as a formidable striker, i go to the field with the intention to win games and everybody knows that. Kweku boateng the nephew of the late Dasebre Nana kweku baoateng was an inspirational figure and a very talented centre back who will talk to me on how we should take the game on the opposition in a tougher competition of its kind at prisons park with a really packed crowd of several thousands and football at the time was very much entertaining.Akrasi sarpong the then AFRC Member watches football frequently and always shake my hands when he take a stand.The gtreatest game and the last i played at Koforidua prisons park was between Ghana Highways Authority and Ghana Water and sewerage corporation, it was a game i will never forget for the rest of my life because i was playing against Edward opele Aboagye of highways Authority from osiem in the eastern region, Dokye was a player who could break your leg if he misses the man he will never miss your leg but in that game the sheer skill and great body swerving which was my greatest strength at a time helped me reduced opele and dokye to pieces and Ghana water and sewerage won by 2 goals to one, i equalized after they took the lead before the first half.After that game i went on to represent SSNIT, CMB coached by Asabe Boakye who calls me Smart Boye, there i met Ampeh Selas tetteh suley muhammad Akore Before before Lawee also known as GBANGBALU, IT was the most exciting period of football. I then left the cocoa marketing boaed cmb to Akotex in 1976 and met Oheneba siaw, Yaw mark, kankam, moses okyere, lomo mithell and some great players at a time. coach Adebi was so pleased about the skills i show against the regular team including a face to face confrontation with the great Lomo mithell in central defence.Upon going to Akotex is where i identify my self as a really talented footballer in Ghana. I then played for GIHOC paint division tema and met coach Lapanto also known as JOHN TAYLOR alia GIKA GIKO ased on his body swerving abilities. But i owed all this skills to The Great Osei Kofi who aguably taught me how to play football at the age of 4 at the Koforidua Jacksons park when eastern rovers used to train there so most of my football skills is just like OSEI KOFI and i owed him so much respect and thank him for his good coaching skills which made me who am today. I AM pLANNING TO VISIT gHANA AND WHEN I DO I will do my best to shower him with the best presents from europe as a mark of respect. Ghana black stars are no pushovers and when it comes to competition the boys will do just that and i never ruled them out for a minute,now that we are through to the finals in Equitorial guinea lets put everything behind us The GFA, Nyantekyi, the Akwesi Appiah EPISODES kONADU OR WHATEVER and think of how we are going to approach the game itself in equitorial guinea next year. It was a good game with my family man John Boye and jonathan mensah Wakaso solid in defence to prevent Adebayor and Jonathan Ayite from causing more damage to the Black Stars, Jordan Ayew was impressive but i want him to be consistent and released the ball quickly to an unmarked player rather than holding onto the ball so long but i hoped he will fix it and play better next time.Good job done boys i salute you all.

I do understand where you coming from Mr Boakye Charles but u know something winning a major trophy like African cup of nations is not just easy mind you there are other nations too who wants to win, look at Nigeria of all people they are out so in order to win a trophy against other competitive nations such as ivory coast, cameroon, Republic of south A frica and others we must show determination and hold onto the ball, keeping possession and a well organized defence and good distribution. You when you look at football in the 1970,s onward to the late 1980,s football was dominated by skills and individual brilliance eg Abdul razak Adae kyenkyenhene, papa Arku, fofi badu, opoku nti, Hesse odammtten, Douglas Tagoe, nketia yawson, Asabre, opoku afriyie, mamah Aquah, Abokari, muhammad nlai, Asabre, Abedi pele the late offei Ansah, bannerman, kuuku dazdie and some other great players Ghana then could pride themselves of winning at all cost and you know that mr BOAKYE, but now football is more like an industry where money dominate the one time passion we have for the game. The so called technical really pissed me of because they pass and pass and pass without holding the ball deep into the opposition defence and tear them to pices like Muhammad polo razak and opoku nti will do and makes it difficult to break through, we all saw in the world cup in Brazil when jordan Ayew only have to gice a first time pass to Gyan but due to lack of game reading or whatever he decided to make a u turn and that cost us dearly. They will grow in the game. Also when Asamoah Gyan is on one to one or one against two outside the box i want him to show composure and learn how to dribble superbly but unfortunately he cant except Andre Ayew who could turn it around including sulley muntari and kojo asamoah, we need those skills to break the defence. Trust me when i was playing in the early 1975 76 77 78 79 till early 80,s when i left the shores of Ghana, my job is to go deep into opposition defence and tear them to pieces some fallen down and some completely displaced and others dont even know where am then i ll pass the ball to emmanuel owusu kankan, Akore, Afosu hene or Dalansu and there will be a goal in the making and there is no doubt about that, so yes there has been a shift in football these days. I hope players like Andre Ayew waris and agyeman badu will pick up and utilized those skills to produced something spectacular if you know what i mean.
