a)train and prepare well in less light conditions.
b)disciplined players who pay attention to detail in scoring, converting freekicks, corners, convert set-pieces, defending.
c)experienced players. All these teams in the group are good but compared to Ghana. They are relatively young, inexperienced and lack tournament experience

Allowances, bonus & other entitlement shd be discuss @ top levels & mode payments be4 u move w the players as this may entail ur good job. Avoid players having a lot of cash in camp, a month tournament shd shd not include wives, girlfriends, families& friends etc. of both the playing body (technical Team & players) in the hotels they players are based apart short time visit. That means the technical team also need SECURITY (macho men) to police the team. All this rules were there long ago & decipline of team to a much must couple w some seriuos code of ethics. Families, spouses, kids, officials (sports ministry/GFA) can cheer them after for sometime that it, be seriuos & let them no ur right frm the begin. Some them are tough so deal w them. Players be happy nobody is caging u but for better Ghana & good job also to save lives if Ghananians. We all around u the coach, assistant, technical team, players & officials but Mutari is there watch u so if job there no reward too ortherwise another Hassacas?

These are the reasons:(1) They are a bunch of failed leaders who have no use and no skills in the modern soccer. (2)They are very tribalistic in selecting players and will want to influence you. (3) They are very very corrupt and I believe you saw or heard what they were doing in Brazil bcos of money. (4) Kwesi Nyantakye is a lawyer and can defend his corrupt nature in any circumstance. Were you following the commission of enquiry into their corruption in Brazil and how he used his law skills to convince the panelist and Ghanaians in general to cover up his corrupt nature? Mr Grant a word to a wise is enough. Grant happy stay in Ghana but be careful. I love you.
