You must tell the kids to work on getting As instead for $100. An For grade shouldn't solicit any reward. This is common sense! Who proposed this bonus plan for the players? What a dummy!
Why should you be rewarded for putting up poor performance? If you draw or lose a game. Your reward should be dipped or reduced. $5,000 for WIN. $ 2,500 for draw. $ 0 for loss. This will provide an incentive for the players to.win all their games and claim $5,000 per game. If you tell me that regardless of a win, draw.or loss. I still stand to make $5grand per game. Then, the incentive to win or even get the trophy is automatically lost. Call Ups to the national team is an honor and must remain so. Players must only receive qualifications bonuses like qualifications to afcon and wcup. When these players get call ups. It helps their careers and they claim points that helps them with their resident/work visas. That's enuff! The ghana taxpayer can't afford to pay their round trip first class plane fare, 5star hotel bills, food and boarding and still give them huge appearance fees. If I were the gfa executive committee and fa president such appearance fees will be abolished!

People sometimes forget that they should treat others how they want to be treated. These footballers have no other profession and they should be given their due through confidential negotiations. Ghana seems to be copying everything western but when it comes dispensation of money, then all hell breaks loose. Darn it, these assholes we elect to represent us become power drunk as soon as they go to office. Dr Nyaho, you failed miserably when you were at the helms of the GFA and now you are are supporting a stupid policy that will rob Ghanaians of one thing that brings Ghanaians together. If this decision is good for Black Stars then it must be good for Ghanaian politicians. I therefore suggest that we slash the pay of our useless politicians in half, take away the free petrol allocated to them, and all the freebies they get for the so called services they perform on behalf of the people of Ghana. Good doctor, your diagnosis and the prescription for the ailment of the management problem of the Black Stars are abysmal and fall short of healing the Black Stars. I can hear Osagyefo Kwame Nkrumah saying from his grave, "Look at my stupid children. They have messed up everything I set up for the good of our dear beloved country Ghana".
