  Odenkey, whether you are guilty or not guilty just be careful with the Ghanaian system of doing things. Anybody would want a piece of you though any means necessary.

  The tenant/renter rules were simply not.clear here. Make them clear and succinct and you wouldn't have a need to go.to.court.

  Ghana tenancy rules are a farce. It has taken me 9 months to evict tenants from my parent's property. The legal system just sent me round and round and when you questioned them as to why the process was like that, they took offense. I wouldn't mind if the tenants were paying rent, but they weren't. They eventually let owing us a lot of money!
