But I don't recall ever promoting the GFA nor holding brief for them from the numerous attacks being perpetrated day in day out in these columns. I hope you are not playing with words. Anyway it appears this particular story is unsubstantiated and premature. Now the official declaration is that the Stars will actually be playing the Portuguese Second Division campaigners on Wednesday. The Cambuur friendly is actually still being considered and is yet to be ratified. So you see this is a classic example of the misinformation and irresponsible journalism of some of the media outlets in Ghana, unfortunately.
