If that's the only way we're going to be maintaining our infrastructure, then so be it, because our endless budget crises are never going to allow us to make any substantial investments in stadia sustenance.

A Dr who can not reason.Africa people always have a problem with each other.No unity that's why they can't reason and come out with the best decision when there is something important need to be put in place.
First take care of poverty,lack of electricity,dilapidated roads and build hospitals and schools before thinking of hosting AFCON.
