He is so unsympathetic and apologetic of this 'korshiorkor' and 'Dumsor' infested cow he seldom remember the sheep and the goat are all under his to tend to.
He is not stupid, after ten years in the shepherding of the flock he is very much aware that the cow gets lots of milk that oozes out every four years so the sheep and the goat can bucket and bath.

This tells you why the GBS receives 90% of his attention and the GPL gets the lukewarm attitude.

have set a date for GPL's controversial resumption date to coincide with GBS games?
Besides, is there any sense for him to have followed the GBS into Spain and Malobo respectively knowing that the GPL is under going fluctuative late start of the season?

Having gone thru all these Brazil hoopla, I would used every available means to have something credible/favourable to come from this very tournament.

There is no doubt in my mind that, knowing KN Osman as Uganda's dictator Dada Idi Amin of Ghana Football, he never ever sought for the consensus opinion of the Authority before telling the coach to go do well at the AFCON.
He single offhandedly signed AA's 2year extended contract within the vicinity of the Airport with only Sanni Diarra, his lying orator and confidant present. The other GFA members were not there. Yet he claimed the GFA had hitherto decided the measure.
Worst of it all, being a compulsive liar associated with most seasoned dictators, he had repeated
that draconian executive order firing AA going the same route: The One man show.

Otherwise, prompted by felt needs, instead of saying Go do well, he would have pressured the new coach to bring the trophy, hook or crook, so that Ghanaians would forget the immediate past and hail him on once the cup is home.
