  If you know anything about any sports whatsoever, you would have realized that concentration is the key. What will help you concentrate is what you do to clear your mind. Most players listen to their favorite music, others take naps before a competition, few vomit to clear all stress and for us, Ghanaians, even from "interco", jama has being our thing. Remember, after this fun, they will be in their individual beds meditating on how to play. All these are part of the process toward a match. Therefore, please, if you are not use to it, or have not been exposed to that, allow me to say, what they are doing can help them to clear their minds for their big match on this big for all of us. In other words, embrace it and give your all to back them up. If what they are doing could hurt them in anyway, believe me, the technical team, leading by the head coach, would not permit them to do it. Understand the game and what comes with it.

  This is what and how it is suppose to be nit that altercation between players and managers. Even though, there was no kpalogo there, they still managed to have fun. That is all the national team is about. This is the product, and once the product has been put in place, the byproducts shall themselves be added. One of the byproducts is to clear the mind and this enables every competitor to compete well. This leads to a good result, and in this case, to win the game. For Asamoah Gyan to be made as a captain, this is one of his many attributes.
  We thank the Lord for given us such a medicine without paying anything for it. I say, have fun, clear your mind, win all your matches and bring the trophy home.
