Not until African coaches develop self confidence in their career the Nations would continue to hire foreign coaches to meet the cosmopolitan interest of their National teams to keep abrest with the trends of the game to a winsome sides.In the world cup tournaments to-day,European sports commentators describe National teams of Africa as only quarter finalists and cannot win over that stage.Have you ask yourself why this phinominon continues to prevail,the only answer can be deduced to the fact that,we have not reached the standard where the Foreign coaches have atained.and this attests to the fact that no African team had ever reached the semi-finals stage of the game since the inception of the world most prestigious game on earth,if my memory serves me right.Africa by all standards have the capacity and potentialsa to clinch the world cup for their countries,but incompetent handling of their teams have robbed them of victory to cross over their ussual stage to the finals to win the prestigious golden cup for Africa.Yes Africa has enormous potentials to win the world cup but their mandated administration is our problem.

1. Coversion from freekicks, corners and crosses is very poor!
2. Faking/attracting fouls in and around the opponents 18yardbox is also very poor.
3. Our defenders must play with discipline, attention to detail in keeping the ball outside of the ghana 18yardbox at all times! Otherwise we will cry like tunisians did. Avram must work on these before we play Eq.Guinea.
4. We saw how the eq.guineans FAKE penalties and are able to ATTRACT fouls/freekicks around the Tunisian 18yardbox.
5. Avram must use this game to seal the defence, don't allow any danger around the Ghana 18YARDBOX.
6. Mark out Balboa, and their #10 from getting anywhere near the Ghana 18. These 2 are their most dangerous players.
7. 442 counter attack. Ghana must finish off the guineans in the first half.
8. Ghana 1 nil win is all we need in this semi final game. Concentrate on TIGHTENING the defence!

I'm however concerned about our goal- keeper Briama's behaviour. There's an indisciplined spirit in him which must be killed immediately. In the match against Algeria, he was shown the yellow card because of his delaying tactic of not releasing the ball at the right time. He deliberately was waiting time, thinking he could preserve Ghana's one goal that way. Then in yesterday's match against Guinea, he again caught the ball and instead of kicking it within the right spot, he got out of his goal area where he handled the ball. Therefore the referee awarded an unnecessary indirect free kick against Ghana, so close to the goal posts. How stupid! Guinea could have scored a goal against Ghana from where he committed the offence because of the goalkeeper's recklessness or complacency, or pride. He must be warned to be serious.
