I agree. Since 1992 when CI beat GH on penalties to win the cup the pendulum of victory has been oscillating between the 2 countries. Ghana 2-0 at Port Elizabeth in 1996, CI 2-0 at Accra, GH won 4-2 for 3rd place at Kumasi in 2008, and CI defeated Ghana 3-1 at Cabinda in 2010. Is the Pendulum going to swing in GH's favor this time?
