No, we are not. The way striker Kwasi Appiah partners with Jordan, you would not see any player waiting for a ball to score. Every player runs for the ball, passes, and creates scoring chances. Other strikers would always wait for the ball. We need Jordan. If Coach Kwesi Appiah were still the coach, he would have dropped Jordan. But we have a real coach who fields players based on field-related factors; not through what apparently dumb and hateful spectators like you say. Watch the way the Ivorians play. Do you see any player waiting for the ball to score? They play like Jordan. That is what the the coaches from his club and Avram Grant see.

Appiah created the penalty, provided an assist , missed a clear chance (one one one with the goalie), defended well, passed the ball well ,assisted the midfield when necessary etc etc. All because Appiah has been moving to EMPTY SPACES BY READING THE GAME ACCURATELY. Can we say same of Jordan? Let us be real . No one hates this fine young man as some tend to believe BUT these are the facts. He is still developing as a striker . We need him but not as a starter for this crucial match.

There is no doubt that the young man has enormous talent but he is either playing at the wrong position or he is just being plane lazy and not utilizing the skills properly. How Jordan is not able to make the cut with so many chances for all these skills he possesses is a mystery.

Please watch tapes and youtube critically and be the judge as to which players create scoring chances for others or take the risk to score when the opportunity brings itself or runs for balls as fighters unrelentless then I will say all the BS players we have now are all doing just that but sorry not Jordan the guy I had rooted for him long enough and now enough is enough he has killed us enough.Watch his Abedi's son Dede that is a machine all over the place you see the fight in him like his dad,look at Wakaso he is a machine fully tanked very fearless all over the place,look at Atsu he is just wow he draws lot of opponent players to himself creating avenues for others or he will try to score himself the opportunity is rife and very fearless,look at Gyan very slick and swift will risk shots at goal or just look how he will create the avenue for others very fearless never goes through more than 2 or 3 matches without a goal very hungry,look at Afful the back and forth guy also very fearless can never be intimidated,Johnathan the guy is becoming more and more of our old John Mensah also very fearless,look the our new found Acquah the guy is full of ball sense just be ready because if he can not score watch out he will create it for you to do it,look at Badu another fearless guy full of stamina all over the place,look at Baba another new found youngster who will not allow any biggie to intimidate him he is becoming more like the best times Paintsil and Kuffour,look at Boye the guy besides defending is even more hungry to get a goal when the opportunity comes up,look at our goal tender Braimah he is very fearless and very focused in goal with very good judgement and grabs the ball very firmly,then our so called bench is loaded with machines who can change the game at any moment.The only fellow I will repeat and be real does not belong to the BS is our Jordan sorry he is not like his Dad or brother but it is not easy for a dad to tell son that negative because it look like dada do not like me but like only Dede.So that is the problem there.We did the same with Adiyah but after a long trials he just could not follow up with junior world cup performance same with Jordan he has had enough.All our guys are playing as a team,disciplined,fearless,full of stamina,playing to the last whistle knowing every second counts and it is never over till over,covering for each other etc.

Good players are seen in how they they move with the ball, displace opponents, and create scoring chances. Not 'Fa ma me nkohye' kind of soccer. Gyan, besides scoring important goals, wastes crucial penalties and more scoring chances than Jordan. Ghanaians should watch every incident that Gyan squanders scoring opportunities. They are alarming.

This boy is not a serious player, though talented. Behaves like "dadda ba" on the pitch. Does not get involved as Atsu & Appiah in tacklings, fails to come back to defend when necessary. With him on the pitch we are one man short. With GYAN not fully fit, this puts too much pressure on Wakaso & Afriyie Acquah.
This boys lack of seriousness is evidenced in the Eq Guinea game. Whilst others are running into positions, he will be walking adjusting his pants down. As soon as he loses a ball, that's it. He gives up unlike his snr brother. Jordan is one of a kind. VERY TALENTED WITH THE ABILITY TO DISRUPT DEFENDERS but Does not want to work. Wants to be spoonfed. With Ivory Coast, we cannot afford yo risk JORDAN as a starter. Ivory playing a defensive game (8 or 9 players behind the ball most of the time - see game with Algeria) JORDAN would have been a better choice But with his work ethic , no way. Dede, Atsu would do the I cutting in.
