If you look at Didier Drogba's ability in leading the Ivorian senior team for almost decade but did not get them the cup.Yaya Toure took over from him and his first leadership in the AFCON has been very satisfactory.I think if Gyan passes over the Captain's band to Dede Ayew the team can win the Cup of Nations.Every Captain brings onboard new motivation just like Skipper Emmanuel Quarshie did for the Stars in 1982 squad.I think this is what we have to learn from the Ivorians.Thank you.

Meba pa Asamoah, "you must quit playing for Ghana". This' a difficult thing to say but I must say it. In your attempt to place Ghana on the world map, you have continuously been condemned and dejected and despised. On the contrary, if you must play at all, you must refrain from taking penalties. That include spot kicks. That's Mama. Months later, Mama got kaput. As nature planned it, Asamoah had become the captain of the GBS. One would have thought, as a professional player who had lived and died a little for MotherGhana would have shaken off the not so effective 'death wish'from a loving mother. That notwithstanding, to accept and honour a death wish means one must keep it adhesive to the wish, keeping it clean and holy. Gyan therefore needn't have continued playing football at all, let alone accepting to be a striker as well as the captain of the GBS. Does Asamoah think he can kick a penalty rule from from the game? A captain who exclude himself from a major hurdle popularly dubbed a 'firing squad' is no captain. How does a person of low/weak mentality encourage another to be strong in that regard? Right now I see some element of weak mentality in my captain. Afraid to take positive stand on the penalty kick issue makes him a coward and may die many times before his natural death. By Asamoah's superstitious nature our quest to increase our trophy tally has been extended for two more years. Am hoping old age will catch up with him and may not be available for a call-up. I was lucky that I did hammered my fufu earlier that dreadful Sunday before the match, if not, I might have slept empty stomach that day. Haaa I daff with sorrow. Each individual lives and behaves on their instincts and that mades us who we are. "Wha if" Gyan did stay and missed the first shot and Ghana couldn't win as well. Have you consider the pschological effect he would have brought upon himself by broken the promise that he made with his late mother? What was meant to be is what we saw on that last Sunday. If you accidentally happens to be in a thick forest alone at night, fear gonna swallow your brains up that a lion or a fat python is just around the corner to finish you up instantly, right? But there may be none of this dreadful animals around but our instinct can kill us. Have you ever consider why some people confessed their atrocity murders on their now free wills at times? And why was that Krufasah?
The cause of the loss, the solution and hanza to solve that problem is unknown yet. Haaa I daff with much grieve!

Well done boys.Our only fault was the choice of the penalty shooters and worse still you can not keep your best 'takers'at last when it comes to taking penalties but it is a lesson,we will learn from that.God bless you all.

They missing first 2 penalty kicks there's no reason for the BS to allow them to come from behind to lift the cup this does not happen to a serious well groomed team. The black stars are useless this Asamoah Gyan led BS have nothing to boast of. How could you guys come so close with your opponent handing you the the chance to win then you give it back to him on a silver platter the BS team cant be serious. I have ceased supporting them they could give one heart attack.

A Captain who refuses to take responsabilities is of no use.Gyan is afraid to take free kicks,afraid to take penalties and afraid to command or show authority on the field.I don't see why he should lead the Stars again.Samuel Kuffour is right to say that the Stars have no leader.Mind you,Gyan is not a goal keeper captain,he is a striker that must be pushing his squad for goals and advising them on the field.He should not act as an ordinary player whilst Wakasso took all the free kicks and just wasted all of them.His leadership quality is questionable.I think Andre Ayew will do better when it comes to responsibility and motivation.Thank you.
