Never mix business with family affairs. Very bad idea to get your father involved in your professional life.

Go ask Lewis Hamilton the Racing driver and he would tell you how his relations with his father/manager became constrained to the point that they were not even on speaking terms. This affected him badly for about 3yrs.

It was only after he has gotten rid of his father that he started winning races and later reconciled with him.

Go ask the Williams sisters in Tennis how their relationship with their father/manager suffered

Your father should be your father and not your business manager.
