I went to the schools website and running a 5000 m in 19mins and 800m in 2mins 24 are horrible times. Cyto athletes can do way better. That's why they run horrible times. The guy run womens time of 1min 57sec in the 800. Martha will have been 2nd to this Sampson guy. Nothing to write home about

1) the winning time for 5000m in the 2012 olympic games was SLOWER than the top 3 times for under 18yr old athletes.
2) Slower than the world record by a whopping 1 minute 14 seconds
