Borbor has done it many, many times but yet still GFA doesn't respect his achievement. The Technical Directions from Grant is not necessary because Sellas Tetteh has won the championships both Africa and Fifa W/C before. What sorts of T.Ds? How to play 3-5-2, 4-1-3-2 or what? Tetteh knows his left and right already.

Grant need to go there to observe the new talents and nothing more nothing less PERIOD!

How and why will the bs manager want to take a lower job?if we want a better transition of players especially meteors yo the bs, if we want players who can help improve and who can play in different winning systems, then it seems to me that there must be that sort of colloboration and cooperation between the coaches of the youth teams and the bs. Besides how else will Grant know first hand the temparament of some players that could be drafted into the bs first hand if he is not to rely on the notes of some corrupted officials? It is a good arrangement grant linking up with tetteh. If the players have any sense which they do, then this should mean players giving their best inorder to impress the headmaster or in this case the bs manager

YES, there's no conflict of interest because his team (Black Stars) is not competing with the Satellites.

NO, there's INTERFERENCE because "offering technical directions", even if benevolent, is a form of interference.
It does not have to be malevolent to qualify as such.

Don't try to throw dust in our eyes by presenting the two as same.

Was Nyantakyi not offering technical directions to Konadu in the Togo match in Tamale? That was interference, but not conflict of interest.

Where technical assistance means what? Can Mr. Crentsil define technical assistance? What is going to be the nature of the relationship? Is the coach going to seek assistance from Grant or will Grant offer the assistance as he feels? Is the coach obligated to implement Grant's directives? What would be the consequences if the coach declines the advice of Grant? If Crentsil is not a liar, then he has to address these issues.
