But then check this to see if by buying the ball club just as you returned from the tournament you have not exposed your credibility and that you are artificialy inviting the people to wild guesses one of which could be bribery and corruption. You should have been smart may be to have used some local youth organisation from Wa to purchase the club than arrogantly coming out to exhibit your criminally gotten wealth with impunity, more so when you are the sports minister, which in every expert its purchasing the club is in conflict with your position.

You defied all odds, every protocol, and every office practice available to you as a public servant. You hit the 'reverse gear' with the foolish pride ( perhaps, a minister does no wrong, a minister, perhaps is far and far better than the employer who employed him. A pretext that, most probably, it is the people who must worship and serve the minister and not the other way round.
Most probably, in your foolish sense of pride and arrogance, you have created an error in your thinking that, possibly, you are the most wisest person on earth and that, the rest of the Ghana people/the people who employs you/the very people who sent you to the AFCON,the taxpayer whose money you forcibly took without question, are the foolishest ever.

However, at the tail end of Mr Wiseman's thinking, he had forgotten or did forget to realize that, 'Foolish People' naturally stays their composure and cool, but naturally possess the nerve, the gut and a sharp instinct-an inbuilt stimuli that pushes up to ASK PERTINENT QUESTIONS whenever his intelligence is triggered or down played.

How does it sound? We have a leader who carelessly and unceasingly corrupts any application left open for his perusal, e.g. outrageous budget, siphoning of monies intended for GFA's international and local pgrgramme.
This can only happen in that part of the world we live in.
It is a plus when we aim high or claim to be the one and only, citing the goals we can reach.
That doesn't mean we should be swollen headed and treat people like 'shit'(much apologies to Ebonics)

For some equally strange reason we believe others to be more capable of success albeit better than us and solely dwell on our ineptness.

Mr Dishonorable,am sorry to say that you have failed your employer. You have failed the people that sent you.

I have always wondered if the Ministers and Political Appointees of the John D Mahama Presidency have ever seen and read the "Code of Ethics for Ministers and Political Appointees in Ghana.

This document is available at the Presidency - The Chief of Staff should know about it. If he is new as he has just taken over from Prosper Bani, he should demand it and read it himself.

The document was prepared with assistance from the Canadian Government. It has the photographs of the President (John D Mahama) and Vice President (Kwesi Amissah-Arthur) on the initial 5 pages.

By inference, this document was prepared by the Mahama-led administration.

Ghanaians and in particular the Press/Media should get a hold of this document (just as they seem to be quoting profusely from the 1992 Constitution) and use it to hold the Ministers and Political Appointee accountable.

I applaud the Mahama-led administration for this document, but if the document is not going to be made available to the citizenry, then I doubt the sincerity and the rational for seeking the Canadian Government help in producing it. Probity, sincerity, and accountability. I have a copy.

I can be 100% confident that the appointees of government have not read or being made to read and sign it as having read and will be guided by it.

It is not surprising that the behaviour and utterances from Government (including the President himself) and its appointees are at variance to the document.

Things have really fallen apart and so the centre cannot hold. "Aye basaa".

I make no apologies. The document is there. I have a copy, though I don't work at the presidency or anywhere near the presidency. I am a citizen of a foreign nation

Ayariga in his Harvard wisdom of things have always thought once passed out the walls of that august institution, you are the most cleverest of all. Unfortunately, he has failed to recognize one simple fact of life:"Nyansa nni baakofoO tirim" And that "Obinnim a, obi kyer3." For a leader, a minister for that matter, a servant of the nation, having considered his meeting with the press as stupid, useless and unnecessary questions put to him by the media as to why he failed to disclose the AFCON

he rather had been. But because Ghanaians are stupid and foolish, including the president himself, he goes about freely without any reproach, reprimand,or simple query of some sort whatsoever.

1.If we were sensible enough we wouldn't have allowed JJR, a mere 6th form dropout, a disgruntled soldier who mesmerized, as well as terrorized women, have had no regard to any academician, the judiciary and every established order in Ghana to rule over us for well over Nineteen years.
2.If we were, we wouldn't have voted Egya Attah, the dumbest prez ever to power.
3.If we were, we wouldn't have voted Maafodie prez.Mahama to power after the Egya Attah's transition.
4.If we were sensible enough we wouldn't have allowed the perpetrators of the economy to go scotfree without prosecution with the guilty set free to continue to cheat the people.
5. We wouldn't have conived and condoned with apathy, corruption, nepotism, favouritism and all the cankerous elements of society.
6. As stupid as we have been, we couldn't learn anything from the Brazil 2014 saga where handlers had misapplied funds 'basabasabasa' to the utter detriment of the taxpayer.
We had allowed another set of swindlers to take us for yet another ride again. Even though most of them admitted guilt,our glaring stupidity is still on display as they continue to enjoy their booty.
7. Even though wise enough but stupid to a degree, you will find most of the academic elites in society sit in these syncretist churches for these non-educated/half-baked pastors with doubtful identities lead them into prayer and unconventional bouts in the theological aspect of the bible.
How clever do we say we are?
8.Dishonourable Ayariga knew he would be confronted with questions when he took the taxpayer's money to the games without disclosing how much. He knew he was wrong in doing that but he simply did not care. He knew Ghanaians are stupid. He knew we might raise eyebrows,it wouldn't go anywhere. AS if his boss Mahama had whispered into his ears, "Ghanaians have short memory" they wouldn't remember a hoot about the event come election time.
Once again, I ask Paayaw:How clever are we?
The last and not the least, 9.How do you say we are clever when the whiteman came to our shores and bundled us over across the Atlantic and transformed us into slaves?
