  Why is he surprised by this-the whole country has lost its morals and the average Ghanaian today will kill just to make a cedi...it's shameful period! We did not learn anything from all the bloodshed by Rawlings and the country has actually regressed to the point where pretty soon, if we are not careful, Ghana will be failed state. Things are bad from the presidency, security apparatus, heads of institutions, the people, the ports...nothing works in the country and you can't trust anyone to do the right thing without stealing from you (bribe)
