  Why did they not pay WAFA money before their last game? Ghanaians and cheating. You collect over half a million dollars and instead of paying your co player owner the right amountcollected decides to cheat them by ddeclaring only $300,000. What was that team owner of Berekum Chelsea thinking?
  
  Now the team owner has abandoned the team and relocated to USA with his loot after selling Asante, Kissi Boateng, Awako and Clottey, etc and making millions from player selling.

  someone should educate me. is this the first time a club is found to be owing in transfer fees. I remember Kotoko had similar issues but I have never heard of points deducted

  What was done in the kotoko case? Did they settle the debt amicably and on time? Perhaps, gfa should give them until the end of the season to pay, settle the debt. If they cant. They they will go.to division 1 and 2 clubs fro ...

  One big problem we have in Ghana is that nobody is prepared to serve a duly imposed sentence. But we should understand that if we don't want anarchy then we must agree to abide by the rules. For example if you handle the ball ten times in the 18-yard box you commit a penalty 10 times never mind if you're trailing 0-6 already.
  
  So if 'Berekum Chelsea' don't agree with the punishment that has been meted out to them they should withdraw from the league immediately and without conditions. At least when they do so our league would have been cleaned up by one unnecessary foreign name.
