All these talk would stop put Avram Grant in charge of the local Black Stars after all "The" Black Stars are not playing year round. Avram Grant do not need travelling around the global to check every Ghanaian player.

Those who are criticizing the coach for not selecting any local player into the Black Stars as yet, don't understand what a national team is about.
First, there is no FIFA or legal requirement that there must be a local player in the national team by all means. The only requirement is to assemble players that will make the national team strongest. That is the only way to assemble a team that have the best chance to win.
The wise thing is therefore to select only the best Ghanaian players on the earth and it does not matter whether they ply their trade in Ghana or outside Ghana.
There was a time when all the players in the Black Stars were all local boys because those were the best available. Today, we all know the quality of local players are not up to the scratch. This is mainly because, the salaries local players are paid are too little so with the least opportunity, they go out to look for greener pastures even before they mature into stars.
Most of the Ghanaian players playing outside were not born outside but were once upon a time, local players who went out for greener pastures. There should therefore be no fuss about the inclusion of local players in the Black Stars.
If there is a local player who is good enough for the Black Stars, it does not have to take a campaign to make the coach select him. Every coach wants his team to be of the best players.

There are tons and tons of Ghanaian players who are even better than these players. The facts is, many simply don't have the opportunity of exposure for several reasons. This is why we need a quota system in bstars for such players. To give them an outlet to shine. The chan team for instance played against first team from other african nations and were a success. These players need confidence and an opportunity to shine. Look at agogo and kwesi appiah, Briamah. They were all given an opportunity but they played in lower divisions in europe

We just don't have the materials on the local league to compete for places with Ghanaians playing in the big European leagues. Period. Avram Grant shouldn't lose sleep over this issue.

Everybody can be a critic and that is the easiest thing to do so if you choooose to be a critic so be it because we want constructive ideas not just any critic.All the best players are quickly bought to ply their trades outside so if I am appointed a national coach and want results I will waste no time to go local I will just go watch those who have been bought and continue from there because every coach wants results unless you want to bench Dede,Atsu,Wakaso,Acquah,Gyan,Badu,Kwadwo Asamoah etc.and risk it for a local.Just sit back and think about this one deeply.Just look at the track record in Ghana any great local player is quickly shipped out from his team because the teams are also in business just as every coach is also in business they want results to jack their market price up.Grant or any coach out there will go for a local only when he is impressed upon that a particular local is really better than Dede,Gyan,Wakaso etc.so just forget all the talk because we heard all these critics before and Grant is not new to critics because he has been in this field for long and knows critics is in that territory.

So can anyone tell me why Ghana should be exempted from this practice? Are you telling me that these other nations are stupid? Ghana league is more advanced than the mls in terms of quality. Yet, klinsmann was able to include mls players to beat Ghana at the wcup. The issue is not quality. The issue in my opinion is bribery!

Many Ghanaians fans behave as if they know better than everyone in football. Everyone however has the right to make their own opinion, it doesn't mean the Coach is dumb; he knows the kind of material he'd use to build his ideal team.

Ghanaians shouldn't make any mistake by suggesting that Coach Avram Grant doesn't know what's he's doing. Leave the coach alone! He has the sole prerogative to decide who play in what game or match. It's time to stop making unnecessary noise and allow the handlers of Black Stars to concentrate on building a winsome team capable of competing or robbing shoulders with countries on the international football stage.

It all started when FA Boss and his associates appointed Coach Grant as the head coach of our Stars ahead of the AFCON-2015; people started making all sorts of negative comments and complains about nothing! Black Stars nearly won the AFCON tournament.

It's obvious people believe they have the right to make stupid comments or remarks when it's obvious they just don't know what they're talking about. Leave the coach alone! The local Black Stars aren't better than those who're playing quality football as professionals abroad. That's impossible!
