  ITS NOT ABOUT ORGANIZATION OR TIME MANAGEMENT, BUT KNOWING WHAT TO DO. THESE SPORTS MINISTERS DONT EVEN HAVE A PLAN FOR THE MINISTRY. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO DISBURSE FUNDS TO THE VARIOUS NATIONAL TEAMS AND HOW TO ALLOCATE FUNDING CEDIS WITHIN THE NATIONAL BUDGET. THERE HAS TO BE A CALENDAR FOR EVERY SPORTS DISCIPLINE , UPCOMING TOURNAMNTS AND EVENTS ETC. I EVEN SUGGEST THE GOVT SENDS A TEAM TO SOUTH AFRICA, OR ANY WESTERN NATION. SO THEY CAN GO OVER THERE AND ASK QUESTIONS. GHANAIANS DONT LIKE TO ASK QUESTIONS. THEY ACT LIKE THEY KNOW EVERYTHING AND THEN THY END UP DESTROYING STUFF. ASKING TO KNOW SOMETHING DONT MEAN YOU ARE STUPID. IGNORANCE IS NOT THE SAME AS STUPID. I WOULD RATHER BE IGNORANT THAN BE STUPID. TOO OFTEN, WE ALLOW OUR EGOS TO GET IN THE WAY OF OUR PROGRESS
