  YOUR FORMATION AINT 4-3-3. YOU HAVE AFFUL, SCHULP,AMARTEY, BOYE AS BACK 4, RABUI AND BADU AS 2 CENTRAL MIDFIELDERS, ATSU AND ACHEAMPONG AS 2 WINGERS, DEDE AYEW AS A 1 PLAYMAKER IN THE HOLE AND BOAKYE AS 1 TOP STRIKER.

  Because your 3-5-2 formation has failed twice against Senegal. Common sense should tell you that you don't play this formation with such a weak defense squad and incompetent strikers. I bet the only way 4-3-3 will succeed with the present squad is if Dede is playing as a pivot at the center of the midfield because none of the midfielders is good in both attack and defense. Aside Muntari, Dede is the only one who can play that position. Kwadwo Asamoah, Wakaso and Agyeman Badu all failed when tried as midfield anchor in the 4-3-3 formation under both Konadu and Appiah.
