  We have system which is not appreciative of made in Ghana. Kwesi Nyantakyi and Ghana Fraud Association (GFA) had destroyed our local league. Every Ghanaian player knows that he stand a chance of getting into the "Fat Cow" Black Star if he play his trade outside Ghana. Just sign up for a team in Democratic Republic of the Congo or Yemen and newspapers would be writing about you. Mr. Grant what is the incentive for local player to stay in Ghana? I am waiting.

  A lot of people talk without understanding what they are talking about,hmmm Ghana,am not sure more than 40% of the people in Ghana really love the country as they say.always complaining even if something is good.I said all this because, Grant is saying the right thing, but some people will get him wrong and the same people will blame Ghana football,Ghanaian players are very good when playing in Ghana and its makes our local league very strong.we all know what has happen to a lot of our good good players abroad
  most of them are struggling even to warm the bench.when your time comes good team will come for you.yo don't need to travel because you want to be professional.you name it countries which some of them travel to. this the time we have to advice our local players not cut their dream short all because the want to travel.good time will come for them. thank you.
