  1. Algeria has the best infrastructure but they will drop AFCON if ISIS becomes a menace or Ebola becomes a factor again.

  1. Algeria has the best infrastructure but they will drop AFCON if ISIS becomes a menace or Ebola becomes a factor again.
  2. Ghana has a dumsor dumsor problem that could create chaos and embarassment.
  3. Gabon needs the tourism inflows and have handled this tournament recently. More importantly, for 2015, they helped Equatorial Guinea with the logistics even though they did not host. They also are far from any terrorist threat.
  
  To be honest, it would be fair to give it to places like Kenya, Ethiopia or Tanzania. Kenya would be great but for Al Shabab.
  
  The way there are always problems in Africa, I can see us reaching a point where South Africa will host all the time.
