We need more coaches, do we buy them or we make coaches. If you don't train people to be come coaches, how do you get them.

The tartan tracks at El-wak stadium has deteriorated drastically causing a lot of injuries to athletes.It needs to be changed immediately.
The current coaches should be given maximum respect and upgraded periodically by organizing workshops & seminars for them.
