  See how inept the flagstaff house is at meeting the needs of Ghanaians. So now, the regions will use their resources and manpower to partner with China etc to.develop their respective regions. Welcome to decentralization in ghana...i applaud the eastern regional govt.on this initiative. Ask the Chinese to.help you develop your region with better roads, sewage and stadiums and urban planning, markets with street names and numbered buildings. But make sure you bargain well. You can always set up a regional lottry to fund these projects snd fund free public school education for the kids. This.is what drove many westerners to go.to singapore. They westernized their environment and cracked down on deviant, silly behavior like urination in gutters,.spitting in public, throwing trash in public especially. By imprisonment, fines and public shame. Look at.singapore.today....domt rely on flagstaff house. They are useless!

  the chinese can take advantage of something in that region in return for help building infrastructure the the ppl in the eastern region. flagstaff house aint giving chop money to these regions. so wat should the wife do?
