The Rev Osei Kofi was my idol and teacher back in the years at KOFORIDUA JACKSONS PARK where eastern Rovers used to train together with KOJO KYERE and others including the then GNTC players. Listening carefully to what he said was the GFA should have accepted Muntari,s apology and i equally agree to that. Footballers are footballers with different attitude which no one can understand and described. Its a disease incurable may be due to popularity, ego or something else. Footballers are the most sensitive people one can ever deal with. A manager can only survive with footballers if he lay himself down just like the late Sir Bobby Robson, Terry Venables, Arsene Wenger and some other managers who believed strongly that footballers are unpredictable. I do not condone to the attitude and actions of Suley Muntari during the World cup in Brazil but i still think the matter should die out now and move on. Paul Gascoigne, Balloteli, Romario, Luis Suarez and many others have similar attitude but managers still finds a way to deal with them and keep the team and the game going. Suarez left Liverpool and Liverpool never be the same, when he was finally sold to BARCELONA they won the league, who knows Suley Muntari would have made a lot difference during the AFCO fINALS IN Equatorial Guinea when Ghana lost to Ivory coast on Penalties, i still believed Muntari should be allowed to apologised and if he do he should be allowed into the Black Stars team based on his performance if the manager sees fit.
