perform.Zico must tie up any bonus payment strictly to player performance not just team performance.Zico needs to bring on new ideas to restart them.

May l remind you that Hearts is playing in this tournament because it was assigned to them not because they earned it.Ask yourself which team eliminated them from contention for this tourney last year.I will give you a hint..the team is from a lower division and didn't even have a coach at that time.Kotoko have a roster of new players(over half)and a new coach who are still learning to play with and for each other.We play chess not checkers.See, Unlike Hearts whose plans are tethered solely on been able to beat Kotoko we are working for now and the future.
