Yes the players are not performing at a winning rate because we are trying to solve a problem we do not have.Players are basically demoralized because they have eyes and so see what is going on.Even if Messi, Ronaldo and Gyan were playing for Hearts the team will still perform at deminished capacity because they will know that they are not part of anything special. The shine is gone.It is about time Hearts deal with the real problems.The problem which causes people like me to cheer against a club I have loved all my life.If you insult the Asantehene you go against me.If you insult Ashantis because you don't like Kotoko then you come against me.If Hearts management refuses to publicly renounce tribalism and the extreme anti Ashanti sentiment displayed by the club you can bet I will forever cheer against Hearts
