Find industrious and inovative ways to shell the Phobia brand. Since the advent of the pro league in Ghana ,the clubs have struggle for obvious reasons. Everyone wants to be the boss irrespective of what their track records are and people placed in positions they have no clue as to what to do and those what know how refuse to help for obvious reasons. This what you square pegs in round holes. Getting the job done is not about how popular you are, how presentable you may look or how connected you may be.,it is about how knowledgeable, how ambidextrous, successful, and inclusive you are with a proven plan of course. Education alone does not cut it. The problem with Ghanaians and Africa at large is that atfer they acquire that degree ,especially that Masters, they think they have arrived, with no experience on their resume, they still want the top notch jobs reserved for the proven few. Yes they are only few with proven records. Here in the US you are given targets ... I mean measurable targets to meet and they measured with time and other metrics to make it a leveled field for all and when you don't cut it you are fired!. There is no room for mediocrity and there is certainly none for foolishness. This is what keeps everyone on their toes, but what happens in Ghana no plan, no track record ,no results and people still keeping the jobs while other talents miss their chance to the detriment of society. .. very wrong. It is this culture that repels investors. ... and governments have to carry the weight of everbody.. now how is that possible? Your answer is as good as my. Now let's start with the MPs and it for this reason I like what is happening in the NPP primaries. Good way to go. It is obvious that the MP we have are hugely liabilities. They are there to enact laws and yet with the prevailing negatives in our society, they seem to have no clue as to how to curb them. Crimes are everywhere and the prisons and court system overwhelmed yet no solution. People building anyhow causing serious health and environmental hazards, yet not response, the state virtually becoming lawless and yet no answer. Where are the laws that govern us as a soceity. Who is protecting or guarding the laws. Are these people held in high esteem for the patroitic serves the render to the nation and makind ?. Are they well equipped for the job? . Are we as a nation placing much emphasis in the importance of their jobs. What they is securing the nation and everyone. They call it nation security. It brings stability, investment ,and growth. For a nation to grow it's GDP, there fundamental elements have to be in place. It breeds integrity, an essential element needed for economic growth. As nation , have we asked why Great Britain is that great and an economic power house?. Their society is built on TRUST. ... and trust me integrity is priceless. ... Oops! My time is up. I hope you get my drift.
