Indeed this has some tribalistic undertones. Be mindful that you are not more of a being than the farmer doing his/her work in the north. What makes u put yourself over & above others ? Is it because u may express any hollow idea here & the farmer can't ? Never underrate the services of others. In as much as we need the services of a doctor, engineer, accountant , judge, economist, much in the same way do we need the services of the. FARMER (in the north or wherever), the driver , the sweeper, the bread seller etc etc.
All said & done, be careful of not sowing any divisive tendencies as your comment tends to head in that direction.

Please Jawula leadership is not inherent people can be train to be leaders.

Alhaji Jawula believes in the Traits theory of leadership which proposes that leaders are born with innate qualities and do not need training to be come leaders. However, the Behaviorists believe that leaders are made and therefore with training leaders can be molded. This is an aspect of the nature versus nurture controversy which if the country has respect for Sports Psychology, the Sports Psychologist should help GFA gurus to understand. Yes some people are naturally gifted to lead but can improve with leadership training. Others are born without leadership qualities but acquire these from their environment through the influence of significant others in their lives. This the role of good nurturing and Alhaji Dawuda as an educationist should understand. Asamoah is my son and no doubt a good leader, but can improve his leadership qualities with leadership training. Is Alhajo saying that if he found a footballer at Chorko beach today, he would put him into the Black Stars without training? I hope he would reconsider his stand and blame the government for its decision. It is not the best decision.
