  Why is FIFA not concerning themselves in looking into the attempt to cheat the poor player by the North African team in the first place but outrageously find it right to impose that whoopi fine of unbelievable amount.
  
  That is exhibition of discrimination of application of justice by FIFA and the wrong fine must be void to allow the player peace to concentrate on his profession.
  
  FIFA will do well to safe themselves with the range of shameful bribing and corruption charges laid against them than seek to victimized the poor innocent player who is tricked to enter dubious contract with the North Africa team who refused to pay him.
