  Ghana must learn to maintain experienced and good form players in the national teams both men and women. It is interesting to know that some of the US female players have featured in more than three world cups for team USA and some are over 38 years old one is 40 years old Christi Rampone . They combined both the experienced and the young to achieve their success. Ghana should emulate that if we want to win the world cup some day.
