  Not every currency can have a futures contract that will be valuable.
  
  The market determines it, not the SEC. If people want to bet on the Cedi, the SEC will not prohibit it. It's just that people around the world won't waste their time betting on the Cedi when everyone knows it will lose values against the dollar in the long run. People don't bet on the obvious.
  
  I am drawing your attention to the fact that you cannot say a currency has no value, but you can say a futures contract for a currency has no value.

  With what credentials is Opoku Nti chasing after the GFA top position? Was his time with Kotoko as the team's Executive successful enough to qualify him for this higher position that demands greater eligibility and presents more difficult challenges?
  
  The fame he built from his playing days for Kotoko, Ghana and overseas teams may not be enough to grant him the consideration for the GFA post. The screeners must not be swayed by just the past playing prowess of Opoku's but what he currently has in managerial expertise to efficiently manage the national organization.
