I hv observed dat most people jog on that mountain road every weekend. I think it a recipe for disaster an alternative should be sort. A different pathway should be created for sport enthusiasts.

They see cyclist as a bad & danger and should be wade off on roads. Schools must educate pupil & government has to enforce new laws to make bicycle a priority on all roads in Ghana NOW.

Master, You are very right.drivers do not respect bicycle riders one bit. They forget they also have equal right of way.They cross them anyhow and sometimes send them crashing in the Bush or gutters. we need more education

Motor cycles move at the speed of cars so that is no problem, but with bicycles, there will be a conflict. We need to be clear what the law says about this otherwise there will be conflicts that will put cyclists in harms way.

I agree that cyclists are not respected on our roads and should be given priority but there is also a lot of ignorance and lack of clarity of the law concerning cyclists. Are you saying that cyclists should ride in the middle of the lane on a busy highway from A to Z like a car? Whether the law says that or not, I think it's a foolish misplacement of priorities when I see a bicycle rider forcing for his rights in the centre of a busy highway. You are devaluing your life for nothing when you do that, even if that is your right. Cyclists should be wise. Take care and don't die foolishly.
