Some people display their stupidity everytime they open their mouths. What is wrong with our league.CAF rates Ghana premier League the 6th best in Africa and 2nd in West Africa directly behind Nigeria. Fifa rates our league the 4th in Africa and 31st in the world. It is so annoying to hear idiotic Ghanaians discounting their worth every time they talk and yet want the world to respect them and take them seriously.

Any league beneath the Nigerian league is a sham. I know the decay in the Nigerian league and if any league is worse, then it's rotten.

We have all witnessed some of our brightest starts sign up with questionable clubs, sometimes in dangerous countries with full blown civil war or conditions far below the standards they enjoyed in Ghana. So why will Osei, Helegbe and many others risk their lives and careers leaving Ghana for such places? That is because our national coaches have now use only foreign based players in our national teams. So for players to have a chance at playing they have to play in a foreign league.Ask yourself if the leagues in Turkey,
Israel,Greece etc have ever produced any good players or national teams. They are not even able to qualify for the WE yet our players go there because if not they don't have a chance at being called for the Blackstars.THIS MUST CHANGE.

I don't blame him at all. This dude is too good to play in lebanon league but he needs money to take care of himself and his family. He is capable of playing for top European teams or even MLS but our league is so unattractive that even MLs teams don't pay attention to us. Oh My beloved country. I don't know if Kwesi Nyantakyi and his people ask themselves this simple question ''how can we improve our league to keep most of our talented players or sell them to top teams in Europe?''. There are solutions out there but we need strategic pple. I mean people with ideas. I remember how Dr Kk Sarpon and Herbert Mensah were able to make Kotoko so attractive that they were so delight to watch even as a Phobia supporter. Can't we get men like these for our local league??? Our talents are going to wrong leagues just for money but not to become better players..talents that other countries can only dream of..good luck Michael Akuffo
