  Hmm I just hope and pray the young man succeed at Cheasea. Honestly, I don't think this move was right for him at this timd but I hope that I am very wrong with my thoughts. You see, though, i have not met the young man but I like him very much so I hope he will be given enough playing time but not just a fring player and that he can continue to develop his undoubtedly huge talent.

  You have to prove that you're hungrier than the others. It took Essien no time to play when a man who have a position named after him was playing in that position, Makelele. If Baba shows the same desire and hunger that brought him to Chelsea, he will definitely play. You can't rest on your laurels but fight to be seen, heard and acknowledged and then given a chance. You have to want it to get it. Atsu is not even on the bench in the two matches than Bournemouth played, unless he's injured, I'll say he's not applying himself very well at training. He didn't play at Everton and now a newly promoted club is not putting him on their bench let alone play him. If Baba follows the Atsu route, he won't play, on the other hand if he follows the Essien and Ayews model, he'll be playing on Sunday this week.
