They still have this "cocoasi" mentality. Nobody is rushing Baba into Chelsea XI, it is either he fits in now or not and his coaches have more experience and knowledge to know when to let him in into the XII'm surprise our national coach still has not learnt his lessons and has not developed even a bit to know when a player is ready to be fielded or not. He is still talking like the numerous "arm-chair coaches" !!Nyantekyi should take the opportunity to send our so called to coaches on real coaching seminars with all the full curriculum involved, not the bogus couple of weeks bogwa bogwa courses which don't help the coaches but rather confuse them more! The whole desaster at Brazil originated from such unprofessional and naiv actions and decisions by the technical Team!!! Grant has started bluffing because he has noticed how "weak" the whole coaching fraternity in Ghana is!

Maxwell Kunadu is playing it safe that is all. I don't think he wants to phd his former best defender. Chelsea is at its time, I will say, even a single mistake would not be tolerated. And a young player like Baba, with such a big contract and all eyes are on him classifying him as a savior for such a big club, could turn up to be either disastrous or disappointment. Hence, the young coach is just scared for his boy.

On the other hand, I see where the "Special One" is heading to. Reading from his interviews concerning Baba's big signing, he wants competitions among his boys across his defensive line, especially, his full-backs. We all should know Jose by now with his psychological strategies on both his players and his opponents. The man was a psychologist remember, and that has made him one of the best coaches in our generation. He may have discovered that his defensive line has relaxed. Let us recollect how he played the minds of Frank Lampard, and one of the best France National defensive midfielders, I can't seem to remember his name at the moment, when he brought in Essien? Here is another example of Jose"s mind game on his players, when he deployed Essien to right full back and also a central defense? All I'm saying is Jose is known of playing mental toughness games with his players when he sees a disaster approaching.

Therefore, Kunadu should relax. His boy will be just fine. Kunadu is just acting as a father who thinks his little boy is still little even when the boy is dating a woman of his father's age. If Baba Abdul Rama has been able to play against the likes of Arjen Robben, Frank Rebery, Redwanski and the rest, I think he will find it difficult to play against the wingers and the attackers in the English Premier League. Maxwell should look at it as if Austrian Alaba was able to fit in well with Bayarn Munchun when he was introduced to the team which had all the superstars in there, Baba should be okay with Chelsea.

At least he has to first study from the bench n eased into action. It builds confidence n blends him well into the team. Essien was not in the starting 11 on his debut . He started from the bench.
