PRIVITIZATION and then tax accordingly. Look at the Europe leagues...some of these clubs have resources more than the Ghana government. How do they do it...ACCOUNTBILITY. OMG...this guy is so fucking stupid.

  I guess it has taken the new Wanaaba ten solid years to have awoken from his slumber. He is washing his face the unconventional way by doing it from the downward to the upward. Building pitches and bridges across the spectrum could not be accomplished in ten years, how could he do it in four? Is it going to be from his own corrupt resources or from the taxpayer? Oh I see the plan. Pitches huh? He has earmarked another coefficient route tackling that huge project. He envisages a huge deal that will recoup all the money spent in bribing the congress who had returned him unopposed. The kicks for Opeele and most outspoken media faithfuls who have recently toned down branding him a thief are yet to be rewarded with monies from nowhere but from the outrageous budgets he retunely presents over the years. Pitches, qualifiers, friendlies, travels, bonuses, procurements and whatchugot? Y'awu oo Y'awu. Beats Me.

  Why start in accra and Kumasi? Start in the less privileged regions. Accra and Kumasi/hearts and Kotoko must be blamed for not having any fucking foresight. Mpanin toto clubs...after all these yrs.....?
