  Many countries do not select players from their league if the clubs do not do well but select players who are playing outside their country. Example, Belgium, before all their players were from Anderlect, Brugge, and Standard. When players left to play in England, Germany, Italy and Spain, no local players are selected , and Belgium is ranged second in the world because of the players in good league. Ghana had players from Kotoko and Hearts before and the good ones left to good leagues and we have gone to World cup 3 times and the local players do not even do well in competitions in Africa. Why should they be selected when the can even qualify for Olympics.
